All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. Shipping within the US takes about 7-10 business days, and international shipping takes between 2 and 3 weeks.

Yes, we do! All orders are shipped with tracking, no matter which country they're going to.

Yes! We create illustrations for any type of pet. From cute bunnies to pet birds. Odds are, if it's an animal, we'll create an illustration for you!

To process your order as quickly as possible, we don't send default previews. Don't worry, though! If you'd like to see a mockup before we send your order to production, just let us know and we'll gladly share one. Plus, if your photo isn't quite right for the best illustration, we'll reach out to request a new one!

If you are having trouble with the upload form please email us directly at Pawpatar@gmail.com with your preferred photo and we should be able to sort something out.

Yes! We are happy to help with changes to your order as long as you reach out to Pawpatar@gmail.com within 30 minutes of your order being placed.

After 30 minutes, most changes, including address updates, can no longer be made. Please note that in some cases, changes to orders may result in shipping delays.
